During winter, we are all prone to eat more and put on some winter fat, not because we want to, but purely because we like to eat more hearty and warm food. So we toss out the salads and meat and opt for the stews, curries, soups with freshly baked bread and then for the ones who just can’t go without something sweet we also tend to go for the warm baked puddings instead of the refreshing fruit salad. So where does all of this leave us at the end of winter, with some added and unwanted fat. But luckily we usually do not go overboard and we can work at burning away that winter fat. So this year, I thought let’s start earlier rather than later so that by the time we can hit the beach, we are ready for it.
I have therefor decided to take up the 30 Day Ab Challenge and will start on the 1st of August. I know have a week to mentally prepare myself for this and to work it into my daily schedule. This will be great for my cycling and I’ll be grateful for all the effort put in once I hit the beach with my bikini.
This 30 day regime even gives you rest days to ensure that you can recover and let your body adjust to the exercises, and avoid any injuries.
You do not have to complete all the exercises in one go, you can split the exercises up throughout the day without missing out on the overall benefits.
If you would like to join in on this challenge, you can click on the following link to accapt the challenge and to see all the fitness techniques on some of the exercises with will have to do during this challenge: http://30dayfitnesschallenges.com/classes/30-day-abs-challenge/
On this website you will find other 30 day challenges as well. But for the month of August I will focus on the abs and will do something different during September.
The great thing about this challenge is that you can do it in the comfort of your own home, you do not need to go to the gym to take part.
If you take on the challenge, here’s to a month of good “absercising”.
